- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray or oil.
- In a large bowl, season the asparagus with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- In another bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, melted butter or olive oil, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice until well combined.
