  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

Instructions
