  • 2 (5-ounce) cans solid white tuna, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
