  • 2 16-ounce packages bowtie pasta
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 2 20-ounce cans crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 bunches green onion, diced
  • 3 cups red grapes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, crushed pineapple, celery, almonds, green onions, red grapes, and parmesan cheese. Gently toss.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the large bowl and toss gently to combine.
  5. Pour the creamy dressing over the salad mixture and toss again until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
