- 2 20-ounce cans crushed pineapple, well drained
- 3 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 4 bunches green onion, diced
- 3 cups red grapes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mayo
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and salt until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, crushed pineapple, celery, almonds, green onions, red grapes, and parmesan cheese. Gently toss.
- Add the cooled pasta to the large bowl and toss gently to combine.
