  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until well combined. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbling. Cool completely and break into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Just before serving, fold in sliced strawberries with half of the pretzel crunch and top with the remaining crunch.
