Description

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Stir in melted butter until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbling. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Before serving, fold in sliced strawberries and half of the pretzel crunch into the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining pretzel crunch.
