- 5 cups mixed mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 napa cabbage leaves
- 2–3 garlic cloves
- 2 inch ginger knob
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the mushrooms, napa cabbage, garlic, and ginger. In a mixing bowl, combine everything with soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place about one tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and seal tightly.
- Steam the dumplings in a steamer basket over boiling water for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
- For crispy potstickers, sear the steamed dumplings in a frying pan with oil for 2–3 minutes on each side.
