  • 16 dumpling wrappers
  • 5 cups mixed mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 napa cabbage leaves
  • 23 garlic cloves
  • 2 inch ginger knob
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the mushrooms, napa cabbage, garlic, and ginger. In a mixing bowl, combine everything with soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place about one tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and seal tightly.
  3. Steam the dumplings in a steamer basket over boiling water for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. For crispy potstickers, sear the steamed dumplings in a frying pan with oil for 2–3 minutes on each side.
