- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
- 3 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons chipotle powder (optional)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your pellet smoker to 225°F for indirect cooking.
- Pat the beef dry and coat it with yellow mustard.
- Combine the rub ingredients in a bowl (reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture).
