  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles (cooked)
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sauerkraut (drained)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley to taste
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion, seasoning with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until the beef is cooked through.
  3. Layer drained sauerkraut at the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
