Description

Pancake Sausage & Egg Sliders are a delightful twist on traditional breakfast fare, perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings. These mini sandwiches feature fluffy pancakes layered with savory sausage and creamy scrambled eggs, creating a satisfying bite that appeals to both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 8 fully cooked chicken or turkey sausage patties
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet, bottom side up.
  2. While the pancakes warm (7–9 minutes), scramble eggs with milk over medium heat until just set.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and maple syrup; microwave for 20–25 seconds until melted.
  4. Brush the warm pancake bottoms with the maple butter, layer sausage patties and scrambled eggs on half of the pancakes.
  5. Top with another pancake and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
