Pancake Sausage & Egg Sliders are a delightful twist on traditional breakfast fare, perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings. These mini sandwiches feature fluffy pancakes layered with savory sausage and creamy scrambled eggs, creating a satisfying bite that appeals to both kids and adults.

- 8 fully cooked chicken or turkey sausage patties
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet, bottom side up.
- While the pancakes warm (7–9 minutes), scramble eggs with milk over medium heat until just set.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and maple syrup; microwave for 20–25 seconds until melted.
- Brush the warm pancake bottoms with the maple butter, layer sausage patties and scrambled eggs on half of the pancakes.
- Top with another pancake and secure with toothpicks.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
