  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch pan.
  2. For the cream layer, blend softened cream cheese with confectioners' sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble the dessert by spreading half of the cream layer over the crust, adding spoonfuls of blueberry pie filling on top, then covering with the remaining cream layer and sprinkling reserved crumbs.
