  • 2 cups mini bowtie pasta
  • 3 cups frozen corn
  • 3 green onions

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 2 large limes (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
