- 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 1 cup half-and-half, warmed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 5 oz medium cheddar cheese, grated
- Turkey bacon (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and rinse potatoes; boil in a large pot until fork-tender.
