- 10 chicken pieces (bone-in)
- 6 green onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 2 red chiles
- 1 ½ inch piece ginger
- ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Fresh parsley leaves
- 1 lime (zested)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped green onions, smashed garlic, chopped jalapenos, red chiles, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, thyme, parsley, spices, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
