  • 8 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced white or yellow onion
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water before draining.
