  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups whole strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan by spraying it with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press half into the bottom of the pan; set aside the rest.
  3. Puree whole strawberries in a blender until smooth; set aside.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; then set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pureed strawberries; mix well.
  6. Gently fold in whipped cream and diced strawberries until combined.
  7. Spread filling over crust in the pan and top with reserved graham cracker mixture.
  8. Freeze for several hours until firm before serving.
