- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Heaping Tbsp)
- 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat chicken wings dry and separate into flats and drumettes.
- In a large bowl, mix wings with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
- Place seasoned wings on a baking rack over a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes; flip and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in honey and Frank's Hot Sauce. Toss baked wings in the sauce.
- Return sauced wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set.
