  • ½ yellow onion (minced)
  • 1 pound chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 batch taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese (freshly shredded)

Instructions
