  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons using tongs.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Warm each tortilla in a large pan over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  5. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
