  • 12 inch piece fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 4 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 star anise
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 pinches cardamom
  • 1 pinch cloves

Instructions

  2. Remove the whole star anise and pour the mixture into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
