- 1 small head of Napa cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Sauté 1 diced onion for about 5 minutes until softened, then add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in 8 cups of vegetable stock along with 1 small head of chopped Napa cabbage, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat to medium and cover the pot, allowing the soup to simmer for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- While simmering, stir continuously in a circular motion. Slowly drizzle in 3 whisked eggs to create beautiful egg ribbons.
