  • 5 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped pickles
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground beef with paprika, parsley, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into patties.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped pickles until chunky.
  5. Spread the cabbage mixture on a greased baking tray. Place patties on top and distribute the cheese mixture over them.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
