- 5 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup chopped pickles
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1 tsp ground black pepper, divided
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine ground beef with paprika, parsley, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into patties.
