Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow)
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spice mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into chips. Pat dry and toss with one tablespoon olive oil and half the spice mix.

  5. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for the burger sauce.
  6. Assemble by layering potato chips, shredded lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce.
