- 1/2 pound chicken or turkey sausage
- 12 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 slider rolls
- 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese slices
- Unsalted butter
- Garlic salt
- Ground mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a heavy-bottomed skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a large skillet with melted butter until fluffy.
- Assemble sliders: layer the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish, followed by cooked eggs, sausage, cheese slices, and top halves.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic salt and mustard on top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
