Ingredients

  • 1 pint Fresh Blueberries, muddled
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ cup Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 1½ cups Soda Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • For Lavender Simple Syrup: 1 cup Sugar, 1 cup Water, ½ cup Lavender Buds (food grade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lavender Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add lavender buds, remove from heat, and let steep until cool. Strain the syrup and transfer it to a clean container.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, muddle fresh blueberries and basil leaves. Add 2 cups of ice cubes, pour in the lavender simple syrup and soda water. Stir well to combine.
  3. Serve: Garnish with additional blueberries, lemon slices, and basil leaves. Serve immediately.
