  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Thread the chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
  4. Brush half the sauce over the skewers and reserve the rest for serving.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 11–12 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve hot with reserved sauce drizzled on top.
