  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 395°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the mushrooms while the oven heats.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, broccoli florets, and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in turkey, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add 1 cup of cheese and heavy cream; stir well until simmering.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
