- 3/4 lb salmon
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 small avocado
- 3 tbsp spicy mayo
- 1 tbsp furikake

- Remove skin from the salmon and cut it into 1” pieces. Combine with teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
- In a small baking dish, press cooked sushi rice down to create an even layer.
