- 14 oz coconut cream (cream only)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
Instructions
- Cook the diced sweet potatoes in a saucepan until soft.
- Blend cooked sweet potatoes, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor until smooth.
