- 13–16 fresh strawberries
- Stick pretzels
- Mini vegan marshmallows
- 11.5 oz milk chocolate chips
- 11.5 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble the legs by snapping pretzel sticks in half and cutting mini vegan marshmallows diagonally to create flat surfaces. Attach the pretzel halves to the marshmallows.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Dip the flat edge of each marshmallow into melted chocolate and attach them to the sides of each strawberry for turkey legs.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set, then insert skewers through the tops of the strawberries.
- Dip each strawberry into melted milk chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
- Chill again for 30-60 minutes until hardened.
- Melt additional white chocolate and dip pretzel ends to create feet; refrigerate again before serving.
