Ingredients

  • 1316 fresh strawberries
  • Stick pretzels
  • Mini vegan marshmallows
  • 11.5 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 11.5 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the legs by snapping pretzel sticks in half and cutting mini vegan marshmallows diagonally to create flat surfaces. Attach the pretzel halves to the marshmallows.
  3. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Dip the flat edge of each marshmallow into melted chocolate and attach them to the sides of each strawberry for turkey legs.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set, then insert skewers through the tops of the strawberries.
  6. Dip each strawberry into melted milk chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
  7. Chill again for 30-60 minutes until hardened.
  8. Melt additional white chocolate and dip pretzel ends to create feet; refrigerate again before serving.
