- 9 oz frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
- 3 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 3 Tbsp melted salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Melt butter and keep it nearby with a brush.
- Squeeze excess moisture from defrosted spinach and finely chop it.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until well combined.
