  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together whole milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until combined. Then add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix gently until just combined.
  3. Spoon the batter over the melted butter in the pan and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  4. Carefully pour hot water over the entire surface.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
