- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
