- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 2 round pre-made pie crusts
- 1/2 cup confectionery sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each pie crust into four rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Place four pie crust rectangles on the prepared baking sheet and spoon filling onto each. Leave a half-inch border.
- Cover with remaining rectangles and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together confectionery sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth for the glaze.
- Once cooled, drizzle glaze over pop tarts and allow to set before serving.
