Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber, diced
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
