Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients, ensuring the butter is at room temperature.
- For the base dough, blend softened butter, confectioners' sugar, and salt until creamy. Mix in egg yolk and almond flour; gradually add cake flour.
- For the green dough, follow similar steps but incorporate matcha powder with cake flour for a smooth consistency.
- Chill both doughs wrapped in plastic for at least 2 hours.
