- ⅔ cup parmesan cheese (thinly shredded)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (finely chopped)
- 1 to 1 ¼ teaspoons coarse sea salt
- 2–4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease muffin tins if desired.
- In a bowl, mix gruyere, parmesan, thyme, salt, and garlic until well combined.
- Coat the sliced potatoes in melted butter using your hands.
