  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 taco seasoning packet (or 2 tbsp homemade)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp hot honey

Instructions
