- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Place halibut fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Evenly press the crust mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
