Description

Garlic Parmesan Crusted Halibut is a quick and delicious seafood dish that brings the flavors of the Mediterranean right to your table. In just 15 minutes, you can serve up perfectly baked halibut fillets topped with a savory garlic and parmesan crust.

  • 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
  3. Place halibut fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Evenly press the crust mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
