  • 2 large egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until smooth.
