- 16 oz imitation crab (chopped)
- 10 cooked tempura shrimp (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 oz cream cheese
- Sriracha to taste
- Furikake for topping
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear. Cook in a rice cooker with 2 cups of water.
