  • 1 (11-ounce) package soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • 3 Tablespoons evaporated milk (or cream)
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil (or shortening)
  • Maldon flaky salt (optional)
