- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks

Instructions
