  • 3 tbsp vegan marshmallow cream
  • powdered sugar

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla until well combined.

  5. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each ball slightly. Bake for 11-12 minutes until golden on the edges.
