  • 1 bag (26 oz) frozen beef or turkey meatballs
  • 1 jar (16 oz) mild pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter (sliced thin)

Instructions

  1. Spray the insert of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add frozen meatballs, pepperoncini peppers (juice included), ranch seasoning, and brown gravy mix to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  3. Lay sliced butter evenly over the top of the mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours until heated through and flavors meld together.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or alongside steamed vegetables.
