- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced)
- ¼ cup cornstarch
Instructions
- Lightly spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and add the chicken.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger, minced garlic, and honey. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
