  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for preferred heat level)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the bite-sized pieces of salmon to the bowl. Toss gently until all pieces are well coated with the marinade.
  4. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  5. Spread the marinated salmon evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  7. In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well blended.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level if needed.
  9. Remove the salmon bites from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.
  10. Serve warm with dipping sauce on the side.
