- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed beef rinds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the shredded chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over it. Smooth out evenly with a spatula.
