  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Fresh thyme or arugula for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
