- 3/4 cup sour cream

- 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, water, uncooked rice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick spray and pour the mixture into the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
